PRICES

In-season (July and August): $1,500/week.

Off-season (June and September): $1,000/week.

Prices are in Canadian funds.

TERMS

• Prices are for weekly rental.
• Rentals are also available for a minimum stay of five days.
• Prices are for up to 6 people.
• Non-refundable deposit of $300.00 required within 2 weeks of booking.
• Balance of rental fee is required 2 weeks prior to start of rental.
• Rental fee is non-refundable, unless house is rented, in which case, rental fee less deposit  will be retained as an administration charge.
• Check-in time: after 3:30 p.m.; check-out time: by 10:30 a.m. (Alternative arrangements may be made, subject to availability).
• Please note that Top of the Hill is also available for long-term rentals at reduced rates.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• No pets.
• No smoking.
